morning had training .

somehow, it was kind of enjoyable .

learnt new things .

formation if ball at base line , etc .

train hard teammates , i believe it is all worth the pain (L)

i've been wondering what the sand jacket does ,

coach said it would help us to run faster.

after training headed to jp to eat .

went KFC , xinyi said when our season starts we cant eat those stuffs anymore :(

after that pei xinyi buy earsticks .

then go see see shops and chose outfit for rongying ^^

then took 242 with kailin :D
